The overall project will be followed by a group of potential deployers that will examine the results of each work package. The objective of the "monitoring" group is to directly access the work achieved in the work packages in order for participants to evaluate interest for these, evaluate efforts to be done for a transfer in their environment, evaluate budgets and time frames, and check possiblities for partnerships with the partners involved in the projects. These include all except e-forum government bodies. e-Forum as such is a non for profit association and will be in charge of dissemination efforts for the project.

Currently we have representatives from Italy, Bulgaria, Hungary, Spain, Malta and two Belgian administrations (the region of Brussels and the Flemish Region). During the life cycle of this project we will invite other administrations to join, such as:

  • Germany, which is using OSCI protocol, and Sweden which is using SHS, in order to work on interoperability between these protocols.
  • Other administrations interested in the results of the work.
