FASTeTEN to participate in ICT 2008 networking session

The FASTeTEN project will take part in an ’eServices 4 Europe Networking Session’ in Lyon, France, on 27 November 2008. The event is taking place alongside the European Commission’s ICT 2008 event, one of Europe’s premier eGovernment and ICT policy and networking conferences.

The eServices 4 Europe networking session will bring together a preselected group of eTEN projects, including FASTeTEN, and interested stakeholders seeking possibilities for cooperation or business opportunities.

The eTEN projects are focused on key areas such as eGovernment, eHealth, eInclusion, SMEs and Trust and Security. This event will be the perfect occasion for any interested parties to have the opportunity to get to know the various projects and more specifically the new services and applications based on telecommunication networks they offer.

Participants will have the chance to network, exchange ideas and establish contacts that can lead to possible future collaborations. This session is addressed to regional and national authorities, CIP National Contact Points, investors (venture capitalists and business angels will be present), potential partners, research centres and other stakeholders who have an interest in the deployment and development of eServices.

The location for the event is the Centre de Congrès de Lyon, Salon P - Tête d’or. The event is facilitated by the European Commission.
