Main objective:
Adaptation of the formats required by the school environment system, integration of smart cards into the system.
Following on from WP3, this workpackage, led by CDC CEE, will configure the FAST bundle of services according to the requirements of the Sheffield school enrolment system. These requirements will have been defined by workpackage 3. As part of the configuration, CDC CEE will adapt FAST to the formats required in Sheffield, will develop the relevant electronic forms, will allow for integration of Sheffield City Council smartcards into the system.
The main steps taken by the workpackage will be: system requirement specifications; software design definition; creating a configuration management plan; carrying out the necessary technical work to adapt FAST; and carrying out the necessary integration procedures.
