Main objective:
Assessment of the project, definition of the business plan for further pan European deployment, legal constraints analysis.
The objective of FASTeTEN is that the pilot deployments in Sheffield and Valencia should be the springboard for further and wider deployments. This workpackage, led by e-Forum, will meet this objective by convening a potential deployers group involving administrations from Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Italy and Malta.
The group will monitor FASTeTEN, validate the methodology, provide input as appropriate, contribute to the ongoing assessment of the project, and carry out an overall final evaluation.
The group will also assess legal restrictions in potential deployer group countries to prepare for further deployments, and help revise the FAST business plan to take into account the wider market for the FAST bundle of services.
The workpackage deliverables will be a market analysis, a final business plan, and a benchmarking study of legal conditions for FAST deployments.
