Conseil Général des Yvelines (CG78) will take over the role as technical Coordinator, and Parthenay will take over the role as financial coordinator.

CG 78 has been retained as technical coordinator because of its vast expertise in the field of FAST deployment and management. It was the first user of such services in France.

About CG 78

There are 100 départements in France. Each département is an administrative entity managed as a decentralized service of the central administration by the Ministry of Interior (préfecture), and as a local collective by the Conseil Général.

The total area of Les Yvelines is 2,284 km. Protected natural areas account for 80% of the total area. The number of inhabitants is 1.4 million, which is equivalent to 13% of the population of Paris. There are 262 towns in the département, with 162 inhabited by less than 2,000 people.

This budget covers the core competencies of the Conseil Général des Yvelines. Of this budget, 67% is in the form of grant aid to cities, associations, companies and citizens of Les Yvelines. The president of the Conseil Général des Yvelines is Mr. Pierre Bédier.

For many years, the Conseil Général des Yvelines has been involved in a variety of eGovernment projects in order to facilitate efficient cooperation between citizens and partners (central administration, others collectivities). Exchanges with the Ministry of Interior, exchanges with the Ministry of Finance and social allowance requests will soon be fully modernized to replace paper documentation with digital documentation. All of these projects will use the FAST platform.
